The individual will provide all project management support to the team and will work closely with the team leaders in developing the operational and strategic plans. The individual will maintain all project timelines and is responsible for communicating changes. The ability to organize complex projects and manage time is essential. It is desired that the candidate be able to interact productively with others, lead without authority, and negotiate and manage by influence. The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in and skilled in facilitating meetings.
An MS, MBA, PhD, PharmD or other advanced degree in a physical or natural science with 7 or more years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in such areas as clinical development, pharmaceutical development, chemistry or biology. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
